Return & Refund Policy

At Parallens, we aim to provide reliable observation solutions and a transparent return and warranty experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.
This policy applies to products purchased directly from parallens.com.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your product.
To initiate a return, please contact our Support Team at support@parallens.com or through the live chat on our website. Our team will assist you with the return process.
In your return request, please provide:
  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • The email address used to place the order
  • The product you wish to return
  • The reason for your return
  • Clear photos or videos showing the product condition and the issue, if applicable
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must meet the following conditions:
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition
  • All original accessories, manuals, documentation, and packaging must be included
  • The product must show no signs of misuse, unauthorized modification, wear, or damage, unless the issue is caused by a product defect
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Time Limit

After we provide return instructions, the return package must be shipped back within 10 days.
If the return is not shipped within this period, we may decline the return or refund request.

Who Pays Return Shipping

If the return is requested for a personal reason, such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a defective product, quality issue, damaged item, or an incorrect item shipped by us, Parallens will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Parallens is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during return transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@parallens.com and provide photos or videos as proof.
Once the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned package and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. A refund confirmation will be sent by email.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping fees, handling fees, and other non-refundable charges are not refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a verified product quality issue.

Replacement Process

If you choose a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange the replacement after your return request is approved and the issue is verified.
We reserve the right to use new or refurbished items or components as replacements. If the original model is no longer available, we may provide a comparable model with similar functionality.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Parallens products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date you receive your product.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, if your product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, Parallens may provide repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.
To request warranty service, please contact us at support@parallens.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable.
The 1-year limited warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance
  • Damage caused by improper maintenance, storage, or operation
  • Damage caused by third-party accessories, chargers, batteries, power supplies, or other unauthorized components
  • Damage caused by extreme environmental conditions beyond normal product use
  • Loss, theft, or damage caused by external factors
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or channels

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund under buyer-change reasons:
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items missing accessories, manuals, documentation, or key components
  • Products showing signs of use, misuse, damage, or wear, unless caused by a verified product quality issue
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or activated subscription services
  • Clearance or heavily discounted items, unless defective or otherwise required by law

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the product, subject to this policy.

Disclaimer

Only approved return requests will be accepted.
We do not assume ownership of returned items until they are received at our fulfillment center.
All returns must be shipped to the return address provided by our Support Team. We do not accept in-person drop-offs.
Parallens reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time, subject to applicable laws.
